Shipping & Returns

Every piece is packed by hand in Atlanta, GA. Prints are made to order. Allow 5–10 business days before shipment. One-of-one artefakter are white-glove packed and typically ship within a week.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Domestic (US) shipping only for now. If you’re elsewhere in the world, write to us and we’ll find a way.

If a piece arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the piece and email alexander@anomalihaus.comwithin 7 days. We’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund. Because prints are made to order and artefakter are singular, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns; if something feels wrong, reach out anyway and we’ll talk.
